Desk clerk asked upon arrival for check in. Hotel wanted me to give them 2 hours to clean my room for my stay. I said by all means NO THANK YOU. !!!!! THEY SAID NO. ONE SHOWED UP TO WORK TO CLEAN MY ROOM. I said, WHY didn't the Hotel manager clean my room??? Is your manager lazy ???? He said he didn't know the answer, and it didn't seem like he even cared, he offered an expedia refund.

Wouldn’t Recommend First, as we pull up we see that one window is boarded up on the front of the hotel. The staff at the desk seemed a little new and unsure of what to do, but that’s not too big of a deal. The room was advertised as being two queen beds, which we needed for our 4 guests — upon entering the room we found that it was in fact two full beds, which was frustrating as we are all tall individuals. Bare bones, poor location Bare bones, no coffee or any kitchen utensils in kitchenette unit, no hairdryer, no maid service all week, seems to be a weekly or monthly rental for displaced or disaster families, noisy people and traffic noise

wont stay there again...ever. (large) dogs in next room barking all night. while at elevator...when door opened a very large dog lunged out at me. i feel that had it not been muzeled i would have been attacked. kids yelling and running up and down the halls. no hair dryer.

Horrible experience and will NEVER stay here again Started when no one was at the front desk to check in then they call me 3 hours later and ask if I’m ever going to check in! Then they all my room at 2 AM on the house phone looking for the overnight manager to check someone in. Then a staff person tries to enter my room at 2:30 AM. Unbelievable!! Room smelled like smoke on top of all that.

Poco agradable El checking fue rapido pero la habitacion apestaba a cigarrillo, el ruido es incomodo ya que los pasos del huesped de arriba se escuchaban en la habitacion. Estuve 15 dias y nunca recibi servicio de housekeeping ya que te ofrecen el servicio de cada 2 semanas. No me gusto

Horrible and filthy From the outside looking it seems nice however I got moved into three different rooms within 15 minutes of being on the hotel property due to how filthy ( not dirty) but filthy the rooms, including the bathroom were. I feel bad for the young working the front desk because he was the only hotel staff memeber working. But I’m sorry I would not reccomend this hotel. Corporate needs to do better!
