Woke up in a roach invested room told the front desk they said it was nothing they could do for us. Left the hotel unsatisfied.
Do not stay here more than one day. If staying in Florida for more than one day - I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My review has nothing to do with the staff or customer service . Everyone from check in to check out were very accommodating and nice. Pros - Great Staff. Location is near a lot of stores. Needed a late checkout for a late flight I had and the staff accommodated me. Thank you. The Woman who checked me in and Alex in the morning were very helpful. Disgusting Hotel Disgusting, dog fececs and urine in the stairwells and surrounding the building sometimes in the Hall. Drugs, prostitution rampant. Police there daily/nightly. Staff is friendly, manager not so much. People yelling and fighting can be heard all hours. Staff ignores everything except that you pay on time. Roaches in the rooms, air conditions often don’t work for days. Horrible place to stay.
Was a Dump Reminded me of. My dorm room in college from 40 years ago. Sheets had not been changed, no soap, no shampoo, no hairdryer. Handed me a towel when I checked in, so that made two total for room. Room had no curtains, just blinds, no closet, just a wire rack in the room and no lamp on end table. It was bare bones. The only thing good I could tell was that the bathroom was clean.
Filthy Hotel Filthy floors, filthy cabinets, No shower curtain, Minimal towels (no wash cloths or hand towels. No toiletries. No Lamps, only ceiling flood lights. Filthy carpets through out common areas. Smells bad! Cigarette smoke every ware.
The taxes and fees are outrages for the hotel and then they charge your card when you leave. additional
No frills hotel. No daily room service.
