My toilet didn't work and ran all night. The wifi didn't work. My sheets were dirty and they charged me 65 dollars for nothing. They can't even explain what the charge was for.

poor management I was authorized for a late (12:00) check out; returned to hotel at 11:30 am and was denied late check out...I needed a shower and knew it ahead of time. Manager was of no use what so ever! You need to make sure shift workers communicate with each other.

Not so great Other than finding a needle by the bed in our unit and the neighbors up all night is was okay. Wouldn't stay there again.
