Bem localizado, funcionárias mal educadas, apto novo porém emporeirado, não trocam toalhas, corredores sujos, elevador quebrado e sem previsão de conserto, com cozinha sem utensílios

The price is the only good thing about this hotel. We arrived at 11pm, the staff was not there so we had to wait for them. We did send an email that we would be arriving late bwtween 10-10:30pm. The staff was rude, like they were doing us a favor. There was a family in the lobby at that time and they slept there all night( we didn’t know what that was all about). The entire second floor had a Very String smell of , I don’t even know what kind of food smells like that, and the room was borderline terrible. Just old and junky.... read more
