Experiencia Mejorable El elevador no servía y nos tocó en el piso de hasta arriba. La parte de las escaleras olía muy raro igual que la habitación. La habitación no estaba muy limpia y se sentía pegajoso al entrar

Great location, but the room was not clean, the elevator was out of service, and housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 AM despite being informed that checkout was at 11 AM.

Friendly and professional staff
First room wasn’t clean at all had hair in sheets and tooth paste left in sink. Second Room I was moved too had roaches and a heavy stuffiness that I had to let the window up and Clorox the entire room, but raid, and request new sheets just to feel ok while staying. Outside of cleanliness everything was fine.
