Closed I could not check in it was horrible no one and the phones and I could not get in!

For the most part, the only thing that I can say that was positive was that the room was mostly clean. However…. No coffee maker or coffee No toiletries other than 1 bar of soap Bathroom sink clogged Very low water pressure No iron or ironing board No Continental Breakfast or Food of any kind other than a vending machine For a Smoke-free facility, it wreaked of smoke Still paid $130 for something that has at least these items mentioned above from other places for less money than here. Very disappointing.

Even though we left immediately, we were still charged fully for the stay. We were evacuating for Hurricane Helene and made a reservation. Arrived to roaches, open holes in showers, cat pee sprayed up walls, absolute filth throughout. I asked nicely to be moved from the room we were given on 2nd floor to a clean room that would be safe and clean for my children, after being offered one on the 4th floor that was just as terrible, we immediately left the premises. This property had mold in the AC units. The staff dismissed the mold and only changed the filters despite there being visible accumulation on the vents. I ended up getting sick staying at this hotel and would not recommend for families.

front desk woman named Lira acted rude on my check-in, said no hair dry supposed to provide while a house keeper, Nelly said she would look for one. Room has phone but no phone card. Lira said no tecnician available in weeken to fix it, but then Nelly found one phone cord, came to room to connect the phone. Lira at front desk refused to provide services when I asked and always said "we don't have it!" and showed bad attitudes but then Nelly did help me with good customer services. Closer to a pet hotel Needs a lot of cleaning, bed was not made, and the chemicals they use smell like a veterinarian clinic (guess it's because they accept pets at the hotel). Also, if you want dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking ware you have to pay separately.
