The hotel has bed bugs I had bug bites all over my legs and feet from sleeping in the hotel. Was scratching for 3 days after my stay there. Spoke to the girl at the front who referred me to the manager. Tried talking to the manager twice but he was gone both times and never called me back. They don't even have the decency to talk with you about the problem they have. They just ignore you as if you don't matter. In 10 years of traveling and staying in hotels I have never complained. Extended Stay America - Orlando had to come in extremely late because of work, no personnel working late but on duty staff did not show up for the morning shift at the time they were supposed to (when i was coming in), housekeeper discovered they had double booked my room and had to find another, did not have hot water

Where is the frontend lady I waited for 5min. for somebody to check me in,,,,, But no luck. I looked at a sign that was on the desk and it said please dial 0 for customer service. Like I said nobody at the front counter. I dialed 0 and a women said hello, I told her I would like to check in. She said she will be there soon. I waited for a couple of mins. and a lady walked out of a door. Did not think anthing about it, tilI I wanted to check out. Dont do it! Unless you want to stay in a 1970 room, dont do it. Booked a 3 day stay, checked out after 1 night.

Your advertisement appeared to be great ,however, once I arrived the actual site was not at all what I expected. The room did not have drinking glasses or coffee cups to drink our of. The Beds are awful, the pillows flat I had a very uncomfortable night, did not rest well. and the electrical plugs did not work in some areas of the room. I was diappointed, I will not use this site again.
