Worst Hotel Experience Ever My experience at the hotel [...] was horrible I will never [...] stay at this hotel again. I arrived to the hotel checked in to my room and the room was dirty, smelly, sheets were uncleaned. I asked the customer service at the front desk of the hotel by the named of [...] if he can switch my room to a clean one and he refused to transfer me to another room, was extremely rude, did not want to go out of his way to make the customer happy and to help the hotel. You get what you pay for... Training in Maitland and decided at the last minute to skip commuting and stay there. Mostly because of the low cost. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Booked 2non-smoking rooms and they put us in smoking rooms. My co-worker had to switch rooms because his was awful. I made due with my room but the TV had a remote that didnt work at all and the bed was like sleeping on the concrete. won't go back The pictures of the hotel room on expedia were nice, however, when i got to the hotel it was a different story. The carpet in the hotel corridor was dirty and badly stained, IN the hotel room the bed was uncomfortable and the bed spread was dingy. The curtain wre old and torn with holes in them. This room was like a 1 star hotel. I will never go back.

Unpleasant stay The room was supposed to be non-smoking, it wasn't. There was old cigarette box in the kitchen indicating to me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sheets and blankets were not soft and the bed was extremely hard as well. Not pleased with the service We were attending a funeral so we checked in, but did not go to the room. When we returned around midnight, we went to the room for the first time and found that although in was a non-smoking room it reeked of cigarettes. We went to the front desk where we were told that they could do nothing then, but they assured us that we could switch rooms in the morning. Where's Maintenance? We checked in on a Saturday around Mid Day, when we walked into the lobby there was no one to be found. After waiting for 5 minutes I called the hotel and we stood and listened to the phone ring for another 3 minutes. I then started searching through the corridors and eventually found someone. She proceeded to check us in, after going to our room, we were immediately meet with the chirping of a low battery in the smoke detector.
