Less expectation for high price The breakfast was very poor , room was not clean and a bit smaller than expected , for the price paid this was below my expectations

The room had strong odor of a pet.that must of been in the room.on the door there was a sign that a pet had been inside. i requested another room but no other room was available.so the house cleaner sprayed air freshner but did no good. I m highly allergic to all pet hairs.i kept requesting a change room. But none were available.

BAD We where given a smoking room. It smelled of strong smoke.. Tha a/c didn't work!

dirty rooms the breakfast was just oatmeal, coffee, tea, oranges, and nutritional bars. the room has smells and the clean towel they provided has hair on them.

terrible experience From start to finish, there were issues. I reserved a non smoking room and was given a smoking room and the odor was so awful that we could not even sleep. When i told the staff I needed a non smoking room, she said that she could not get into the computer and that was my only choice. Maria did salvage the situation the next morning, however, this could have been resolved the night before. The amenities were few. no blow dryer or even coffee

It will suffice for a brief one night stay. I booked the hotel for an overnight stay out of town to see friends. The road has lots of work being done on it, so it was hard to actually get to the hotel; had to phone the receptionist (who was actually very nice). Upon my arrival to the room there was a very distinct wet/moldy smell in the room. As I walked near the air conditioner I found out why: the entire carpet near it was SOAKED! could havr been alot better Didn't have to many amenities No pool No Jacuzzi Hotel conditions seem likes they need remodeling for the price I expected a little more

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. There was hair in the refrigerator , on the cooking plate and in the drawers also one of the drawers was just hanging there. The freezer was rattling because of loose elements and could only be stopped by putting paper towels in there. The microwave did not work, the television was falling apart in other words an absolute horrible experience.
