There was a front desk clerk(Janeen) that went above and beyond, I reserved through a third party and she manage to make the reservation go through. She definitely fulfilled her position, she's the epitome of customers service...a lot of people these days think they have to work for a customer service call center to give such care...thank you always Janeen!

Best Customer service everrrr!!!! Jeanine was by far a pleasant experience to have during my stay!!! Her patience, her willingness, her enthusiasm, her multi-tasking skills definitely gave the customer service this world is lacking now!!! Great job sweetie great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
