Good location in Maitland close to the action but not too close. Room was very clean, no weird smells, and everything worked.
The receptionist was rude and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the walls. Not satisfied at all.

The elevator was broken. There was no remote for the television in the room. And no clean the room or service the room the next day.

As bad as I remember it. First room I was assigned, the bed had no sheets. The front desk offered sheets for me to make my own bed. I asked if he thought that was wrong. He said I don’t see a problem. I explained I didn’t come to a hotel to have to make my own bed. I asked for another room since they had no room service. I hopped in the shower after confirming the bed was made. I then immediately realized I only had 2 wash cloths and no towels in the room. Drying oneself off with just a tiny square of fabric is not fun.
