Room smelled like smoke & the noise all night long from other rooms over head was out of control. We call the front desk but it didn't seem to matter.

Hotel excelente custo benefício para quem quer economizar em estadia. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Limpeza do quarto a cada 15 dias e limpam apenas o chão, não trocam nem os lençóis, mas deixam os mesmos para os hóspedes trocarem. Recepção é apenas um balcão onde fazem checkin e chekout e não funciona nos finais de semana. ...Fiquei duas semanas com minha família e apesar de tudo isso, foi bastante tranquilo esses dias. Recomendo apenas para quem quer mesmo economizar.

Decepción Desde el primer día la pase mal porque me acomodaron en un piso de fumadores cuando yo había reservado en área de NO fumar. Intenté que me cambiaran pero la persona que estaba en el Front Desk me atendió inadecuadamente y me indicó que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas que el hotel estaba lleno y que no podían cambiarme. Bad experience people were smoking in the hallway. No attendance at the reception area. Bed sheet was not clean the room smelled.

Is this a halfway house ? I really have no idea who stays here in rates it a 3 1/2 stars. The front lobby was a narrow hallway that reminded me of a police station Front desk. Staff were very friendly but The clientele appeared very seedy. I wasn't 100% sure if my room was smoke free or not but it sure smelled like there were smokers here prior to my stay. The bed was hard as a rock in the carpets are stained I guess you get what you pay for

Did not have our room hotel overbooked and did not accommodate us at all. Four hours of being in the road and stranded without accommodations. Really bad situation.

Not a hotel I was not happy here, stayed out of desperate christmas holiday bonanza due to sky high rates in Orlando. Stayed two weeks, for get about linen, towel change unless you pay for it. They advertise as big kitchen but nothing in it you have to pay(buy) all the utensils if you pay its yours. Nothing offered to people as courtesy there is not even a small area to socialize with people. If u have no car its just u stack there. Not recommended.
