Smelly with roaches and a lot of noise. Dirty towels and bed sheets.

Satisfactory We were not given the room we reserved, as soon as we walked in to the room their was a dirty towel left behind on the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes when it was supposedly a non smoking room. We requested more clean towels and the ones hey gave us had hair on it. Was not a pleasant experience.

We arrived to no one at the desk to serve us. We had to call for Customer service to come down. The man working at the desk was friendly. When we arrived to our room it was dirty from not being serviced yet. We received another room and were asked to check to make sure it was clean and to let the desk worker know if it was or wasn't. When I went to take a shower the drain was clogged because none of the water would drain out from the tub. This hotel sucks I never stayed in the room. We waited for over an hour and no one cam to the front desk.

hotel moradia cheirando a cigarro estadia não agradável pois o hotel é moradia também, com muito movimento de imigrantes trabalhadores de construção civil, cheirando a cigarro em toda área comum, pessoas esquisitas circulando pelos corredores e fumando em pequenas reuniões externas inclusive de madrugada. Só oferecem limpeza no quarto na sexta-feira. Recepção não é multilingue e atendentes não são simpáticas.Pedimos um secador e o secador não esquenta já que não tem secadores nos banheiros. Juan was super fantastic! Juan greeted us along arrival and was great, the rest of the staff not very much. Watch using the laundry there took $3.00 extra and the staff couldn't do anything.

We booked and paid for a double queen room but could only get a single full and some extra blankets for my daughter to sleep on on the floor but no extra pillow. The room smelled HORRIBLE! The bed sheets were dirty. The walls are so thin you could hear everything,including footsteps from the floor above. ZERO SLEEP! Did I mention the bugs? When I complained I was told the general manager would call, nothing. If I could give this a nagative rating ,I would.

Do NOT recommend this hotel Throughout our stay here so far we have witnessed mutilple drug deals going on in the parking lot. Pretty obvious, especially when its happening right outside our exit door and in other areas of the parking lot at night and mid day. We have also seen alot of Suspicious people in and out of woods as well, usually at dark. The Police have came multiple times at 1am & 3am. Kind of a low rent and of town. After staying here, I would avoid this end of town. I don't think it is particular to this hotel, but this part of town caters to "Working Girls" and they seem to use this hotel and others in the area. It is not a family friendly area of town. This activity went on with the knowledge of the girl at the front desk. Service was generally poor, except when dealing with the hotel operations manager he was great.
