Great for the price but.... So the staff and rooms were nice for the price and they were very accommodating. But, I saw two roaches in the room and stains on the sheets when we got there (which they quickly changed for us). One of the stoves didn't work and we had to have a maintenence worker come and unclog the drain for the tub. Biggest thing for me was that there were drug dealers and crack heads who lived there. All Bad Hotel room was not clean. We had roaches in our room. They only offer housekeeping I think once a week. The area and people were kind of shady. My kids were scared. Definitely will not stay there ever again.

Good location but would not recommend First I'd like to say that the staff was friendly. No complaints there. That was about the only good thing about my stay however. My room keys stopped working 3 different times. I couldn't get in to my room until 5pm because it wasn't ready upon check in. There were people smoking weed daily on my floor despite me complaining about it to staff. The common hallways smelled dirty and musty and were generally unkept with stains in the carpet. Hotel SUJO e ninho de baratas! Hotel do qual não possui serviço de quarto, muito menos de limpeza. Possui ninho de baratas, todo dia matava pelo menos umas 5 filhotes. Não recomendaria nem para o pior inimigo, não volto mais lá. Único ponto positivo é o custo, que é relativamente baixo. Localização razoável. Mas sujo, bem sujo.

Not a good reccomendation from me! The place wasnt totaly bad. The reservation was to stated to be a non smoking room, I got in late evening and the front desk agent did not tell me regarding the room. In the morning I questioned the room and ask if I could be moved(that is when I was told it was a smoking room and no other rooms were availble). She told me she would work on it for me. Don't stay here This was the worst experience ever. I booked this for my birthday due to the fact I was going to be staying extended time and I wanted to cook my own food etc and hotels don't really offer the same amenities. When me and my boyfriend arrived after leaving straight from the airport. We waited behind some guest and the lady at the desk yelled over to us and asked if we needed help. We said yes we're waiting to check in. She then yelled over to me saying "oh you don't have reservations" which instantly Upset me.... read more

ID RATHER GET MURDERED AT THE BATES MOTEL This place is also an extended stay hotel. TRANSLATION: People live here full time. Some floors are smoking floors and they wreak like an ashtray. People look like zombies that slowly shuffle down the hall in a semi-comatose state while mumbling incoherently to themselves or their imaginary friends. THIS PLACE IS SCARY! Horrible customer service It's was horrible the employee was on the phone with her friend the whole time and she could not find our booking and then some how she found it and then our keys weren't working and she was very rude about it

Orlando trip Questioned security of hotel. No reception person at night or early in the morning. Awoke to people in the next room or across the hall, loud voices like arguing at 5:00 am. Again at 7:00 am. No hair dryer. Small kitchenette, but no plates, silverware or cooking item available. Did not feel comfortable in this hotel.
