I won't re-book with them. So upon check in the front desk receptionist was having a off topic conversation with guy for about 10 min before she notice I was standing there to check in. Then when I got to the room the AC was not blowing cool air had to adjust it to on. In the hotel room there was blue tape on the floor as if they were under construction with something. Not what I thought it would be. First, I have stayed in MANY motels in my 48 years of life, from fancy 4/5 star hotels to little nothing 1/2 star hotels. This may have been my worst ever experience. First, at check in, she told me my CC was declined. I was surprised, as I had PRE-PAID! There was no reason to run the card # on the receipt. Bad service Had to wait at door while front desk person was texting on phone. I could see her through the crack of the door texting and she knew I was waiting.

Fools gold The outside appearance was extremely deceptive. Besides the regular human residents there were rodents ( roaches) so much so I hade to buy spray in order to feel free from roaches crawling on me. Horrible experience ever . This place should be reported to the BBB.

Roaches and Bed bugs Roaches. Bed bugs. Stained linen. Nasty walls. Room doesn't match the pictures on hotels.com. It was horrible. I prepaid for a week but I checked out after the second day. Disgusting

Completely dissatisfied The first room they gave me a smoking room. I'm requested a non smoking room. There was vomiting in the elevator I told the front deck no urgency to clean it. There was a dirty sock in my room clearly no one cleaned it. The toilet wouldn't flush the slink was clogged.

Satisfactory We were not given the room we reserved, as soon as we walked in to the room their was a dirty towel left behind on the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes when it was supposedly a non smoking room. We requested more clean towels and the ones hey gave us had hair on it. Was not a pleasant experience.

We arrived to no one at the desk to serve us. We had to call for Customer service to come down. The man working at the desk was friendly. When we arrived to our room it was dirty from not being serviced yet. We received another room and were asked to check to make sure it was clean and to let the desk worker know if it was or wasn't. When I went to take a shower the drain was clogged because none of the water would drain out from the tub.
