Wonderful service! The service was wonderful here and the place was clean and well maintained so I was happy after my stay that the app had booked me at the older hotel even though I was intending to book at the extended stay across the street based on reviews, it is newer and literally next door. I needed to prolong my stay as my flight was delayed and the staff was extremely helpful and made the process very easy!

Not a bad hotel except the construction workers that stayed there blocked all the spots with their trailers.

Eh, okay. Not as clean/updated as you would expect for over $100 a night. No breakfast, even though Expedia advertises as such...very disappointing. Beds didn't seem comfortable at first, but I slept well throughout the night.

Hotel near Universal This hotel is near universal studios but you will need a rental car to get around anywhere in central Florida. We came here after a terrible experience at an Airbnb and we were happy to find a very clean room and plenty of space for us to stretchy out and relax. Room was reasonably new. But we found a cockroach at the room. The guy at the front desk who helped us check-in was good and friendly.
