Thumbs down on cleanliness ROACHES!!!!! The staff was great especially if you had any questions they answered you quickly and was ready to help. Unfortunately we never had room service cleaning because it is once a week and it's only on the day you are to arrive before you get there. I also believe that because of the lack of room service throughout the hotel There was a lot of roaches in my room, the bathroom even in the little living room sit in section; which made my trip 10 times more horrible.

Disappointing experience The room is clean, but very noisy. Sleeping on bed is uncomfortable and cold, and shampoo hurts my hair a lot. Staff are not friendly. As a hotel close to Universal Studio and Disney, they don't provide shuttle bus to the attractions.

Clean hotel I loooveed this hotel!! Room was cleaned! From the entrance the hotel smelled good and clean. Sheets were clean and pretty! Hate flower type cover sheets. Mini litchen unexpected (unless i never read it) love love!! Def staying here when i go back to orlando! ONLY thing no "real" continental breakfast hist coffee and snack bars.

Good Hotel for business travelers. I was greeted right away.Check in was quick.My room was clean and quiet.I like that it had a kitchenette because I like not to have to eat out all the time.The hotel provided coffee and muffins as a grab and go breakfast.

Breakfast Booking says the continental breakfast included but after check in we came to know that instead of continental, it was just grab and go breakfast.
