Good Hotel for a Good Price It was a good hotel. It's about 10 minutes away from Universal Studios which is why we stayed there. The room was clean, check in and check out was a breeze, and we did not take the grab n go breakfast so I don't know what that entails. The price was perfect.

Really no ice machine! We arrived around 10:15 to check in as the hotel was being renovated inside. There was front desk attendant. We waited 15/20 mins. and had called the lobby phone several times. Apparently the clerk had left and gone to the neighboring property (another Extended Stay) for whatever reason. He comes in, does not say welcome or hello. Newly renovated Quiet, near shopping.The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly.

We slept here. This hotel was definitely in need of some TLC. The staff was great and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean which was a little unsettling. All in all mission accomplished, we had a bed to sleep in and we left after out checkout time without any hassling from the staff so that was cool.
