Smells in the hallway,bunch of people just hanging around outside wouldn’t stay here again if it was free

They gave away my room and didn’t accommodate me in any other way!!!

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

Room was so dirty you didn’t want to touch anything. Staff was nice. Amenities were lacking - no shampoo, only soap in the bathroom / shower. At 2am a loud, aggressive fight broke out in the hallway, questioning safety.

My flight was delayed and despite calling and asking if i could check in late, i was told i could, when i arrived i was refused check in.

Staff was barely present. Loud noises all the time. Blinds didn’t shut all the way. Server room was absolutely loud and chirping all night. Will spend more money next time to not ever go here again

As instalações do hotel e do quarto estavam terríveis. O quarto bem sujo: lençol de cama, carpete, paredes. Além da falta de limpeza a manutenção também não existe: a porta do banheiro estava quase caindo, duto de ar do banheiro imundo, fios do lustre aparentes, assoalho/rodapé soltos. A condição real do quarto não condiz com as foto mostradas na hora da reserva.

We checked in, there were drug addicts everywhere. We finished checking in and went to our room I open the door and put the light on and IMMEDIATELY saw about 10 cockroaches running in the kitchen area. We went right back down to the front desk to get a refund and stay elsewhere. Completely unacceptable this place needs to be condemned!
