Horrible Place was dirty, had to wait 30 mins for someone to check in.

There were multiple bugs in our room, the carpets smelled horrible, and overall cleanliness is poor. I hate to leave a review like this but it made our stay unpleasant. HIGHLY recommend spending a little bit more to avoid an experience like ours. The staff was kind, area is decent, no problem there.

The hotel was not clean smelled like cigarettes all through the halls and the rooms are really runned down unfortunately for an extended stay it did not meet the standards of the hotel brand very disappointing and there is no staff 24 hours. And the hotel had roaches

They didn’t allow us to check in at 9pm. I will never do business with this hotel

The hotel is really unclean and worn out. The room had a terrible for and everything was sticky. The air conditioner was broke.

Worst hostel in Orlando. I would never come back to this hotel anywhere in the world. We booked kitchen room with 2 queen beed..as soon as we arrived, the receptionist was not available, had to wait like 40 mins before she was back. Later when they gave us the room it was very later night and the whole hotel was stinky and the room was smelling so bad like it was used for a customer with dog.
