Room was neglected , never change bed linen, killed 8 cockroaches, the room had a foul odor ,had to buy odor reducer ,the rug in poor condition. Woke up with cold .in my eyes..Never sgain

Awful, room was in total disorder, Marihuana smell all over, disgusting hotel. We cancel the reservation and book a Hampton Inn close by.

Terrible customer service and the room stinks. You have to pay for towel service and a super sketchy location

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room I was originally given was in very poor condition—broken and damaged fixtures, and the bathtub faucet was dripping heavily the entire time. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Requested a room change and was told there were no other rooms available with double beds. Unfortunately, I needed a double-bed room because I was traveling with my family. Room smelled like smoke and was severely out dated

The service at the front desk was great! The room itself was disgusting!!! Bathtub was filthy with fair from previous guest, the floor, toilet, counter top and sink had cigarette burns everywhere. This was supposed to be a no. Smoking room.
