Outdated, disappointing and dirty Couldn’t call front desk to report broken window as the phone was not working. Window was fixed since I gave feedback to Expedia. Laundry room has roaches. No ice machine if you need ice you need to go to the property next door which is also an Extended Stay. No housekeeping service was offered the next day. Came to undone beds, etc. had to go to front desk for toilet paper. Breakfast attendant very nice but there was a guest helping her?!!? Since the front desk was unattended she had to ass... read more

Stiff back Great staff, but the bed was like a board. Area was great to go to any of the major parks. Room needs major updating.

Smells, different sort of smells came from differnt places of the room. Not all bad, but lots of smells, kitchen like coffee, bathroom like old pipes or coper....water also had some smell

Bed was amazingly uncomfortable. Room was clean and staff super friendly. Grab and go breakfast was limited, but coffee was good and hot.

Convenient, not comfortable. No towels were provided, noisy... just not the most pleasant stay.

Staff was exceptional, facility is getting older and the room was not that clean, bed was however.
