The bathroom had an odor from the toilet and the sink in the kitchenette was clogged for our entire stay. The towels had to be returned to the front desk to receive fresh towels and our room was not cleaned during our entire stay.

It was an overall good stay. Although things could be improved upon, such as having an ice machine in the building and having kitchenette items in the room rather than having to go ask for them. Aside from that, it was an overall good stay. Would recommend to friends.

The stay was fine . The bar soap needs to be better . There were no cups in the room . If you needed more towels , you had to go to front desk . Aside from the little stuff , it was economical and it served its purpose. It was a room to sleep in for the night .

They mean well The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. The elevator was slow and dirty, upkeep was minimal the inside of the elevator was chipping and just rough looking. There was no shower curtain and the one decorative one didn’t keep the water in. It just didn’t smell clean. The staff was friendly enough and that was much appreciated, I feel there is potential just no one is willing to spend the extra money it takes to upkeep it and make it “show ready”.

Excellent Hotel for the Location and Service. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. This is a great hotel for the cost and the amenities. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and included a free continental breakfast. It was close to I-Drive and all the parks.

Hotel was very old, outdated and not very clean. Sheets had stains and walls were dirty.

Staff is friendly. Room was not clean, black hairs all over the bathroom sink, floors were not clean...needs major updating. The phone in the room was broken and was missing the face of the phone so you couldn’t figure out how to dial out or the front desk if you tried.
