The woman at the desk was very nice. She was not able to price match. I got to my room it smelled awful. Was supposed to be non smoking. I left after being in there for 5 minutes. Please issue a full refund. I have photos. Thank you.

Just don’t do it. In the room above us it sounded like they were going from one end of the room to the other stomping around, I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and it stopped for about 30 minutes and back to the same thing until about 12:30 am. Whoever it was decided they would wake up at 4:30 am doing the same thing all over again. They did not take care of the issue and we lost sleep trying to enjoy ourselves on vacation. Really nice staff but the office hours are limited, the room hadn’t been swept and was full of sand. Definitely a no frills hotel but you get what you pay for.
