Very dirty place, staff was not wanting to help. Check-in was very unprofessional, I literally waited at least 10 minutes then called from phone and guy was extremely rude said I'll be in few.

THE WORST! This was absolutely the worse hotel. My son is moving to Panama City and had eveything he owned in this hotel and he was robbed!! He filed a police report. Because he felt unsafe, he checked out early. He had 5 days left on his reservation and the hotel refused to refund him his money. He lost thousands of dollars and the hotel would not even have sympathy enough to refund him a few 100 dollars! Worst customer service available! Literally full disclosure from the beginning that I had two service dogs and one non service dog! Was screamed at that I was only allowed two dogs! So I offered to change and take one of my dogs to stay somewhere else was told that was fine and allowed to check in! As my husband is bringing in our stuff as I took the dogs in the room the MANAGER of the location stopped him and told him to pay for the dogs or leave! Well I was never offered the option to pay! Overpriced I was rather disappointed with the accommodations - only one device on wi-fi, no coffee in room or anywhere on the premises - for $150/per night. Maybe it was the location, but not worth the price, go ahead and pay a little more, you'll get a lot more!

I’m not usually the one to leave a review.. however i feel this was needed. Terrible place to stay. Hard bed. Floors were super dirty, they handed us a broom to Sweep ourselves. Gave us 2 towels and Charged money for any extra clean ones.
