Woodbridge suites This turned out to be a long term stay hotel. The facility was old and not all that clean. There was one bath towel each but no wash cloth and no hand towel. Bed was very small and the pillows were flat and lumpy. I would say this was a $50-80 (max) quality room not the $150 that we paid. They advertise a kitchen but there are no pots and pans or utensils so unless you happen to have brought your own this is useless. The microwave was so small you could maybe pop popcorn in it. We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. As a corporation we regularly book hotel rooms for out of town employees. There always seems to be a problem at check in. Quite often no one is at the front desk. I was in the lobby and called the number to reach someone approximately 10 times before anyone even answered (it would quite ringing after 3 rings). It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to finally come to the front desk. As a business, I will never book here again.

Customer service was ok. Was told it was a smoke free but the elevator and the whole 2nd floor smelled like smoke. No one is in the front office after a certain time or atleast when i was there.

Hotel sucked My stay was not so good. The lady at the desk said that they don't provide pots and pans or cups plates or anything like that. The bed was like a pull out sofa bed. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because of that.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.). I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.
