Horrible experience! You have to pay for EVERYTHING! We stayed for 7 nights 2 adults 2 children and we were provide 2 towels. 2 TOWELS for 4 people for 7 nights snd if we needed more we had to pay or if we needed to wash them we had to pay. Also no iron, hairdryer or coffeemaker and a kitchen with nothing to cook with, but you had the option to "rent" them.

Located in the run down district.. AKA Ghetto... We booked and paid for our room through Expedia. Upon arrival at 10:30 pm we found that the lobby closed at 8:00pm. My wife and kids stood in the dark spooky parking lot of a storage unit place account the hotel didn’t have adequate parking. There were 4 other people standing outside the hotel trying to figure out how to get their rooms. My air didn’t worked the seven nights I stayed Management was not friendly at all and operates as a teenager and not grown professional man. I will not be staying at the WoodSprings in Fort Walton, FL while that unprofessional manager is there. He really need a course of people skills and effective communication and how to manage effectively. I was so disappointed with having experience with a GM of a Hilton hotel. We arrive really late at the hotel and the front side of the hotel has five guys drinking and playing dominos and scaring us down the back side of the hotel has a group of people drinking in the back of their truck . I had to call for someone to check in to the hotel and the worker was one of the people partying in the back of the hotel. Very strange, unprofessional and uncomfortable. We checked out the next morning

Upon arrival I was greeted and a window with a slide down lock. It felt like I was in a prison and it made it seem like the area was dangerous.
