it was bad No room cleaning no extra towels you have to go buy your own towels I will never ever stay here again...and not to mention all the people that stands around in the parking lot smoking weed

We are an extended stay property and offer lower rates because we only do room cleaning every 14 days however during the current Covid situation we are not entering occupied rooms for the safety of our staff and for guest safety. Had you asked at the desk for extra towels I am sure we would of taken care of you.

Not staffed at the front desk after 7 pm. My key card stopped working on day two of my four night stay. Had to call and wait for a staff member to come to the front desk. Has a kitchenette with no plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Have to pay extra for them. Started 4 days and they charge extra each day to replace towels and bedding. Shower head didn’t have a lot of pressure. Moved the night stand to scoot my bed and there was a used dental flosser, an old corona lid and dirt under the stand. We were supposed to get a room with two beds and we got one with one bed size full for two people we could not sleep

Bad experience The room I recieved smelled like mold. I called the front desk and asked for another room but due to being over booked they didn't have another one. The lady offered me some air freshener. The bed was also too small and only had 1 pillow per person. Property only has one smaller elevator that is awfully slow with people waiting frequently. Due to the covid situation its better to take the stairs.

Uncomfortable bed, staff doesn’t arrive until 10-15 am
