Worst hotel I've had the misfortune to stay in. This hotel room was so filthy my feet were black on the bottom just from walking across the carpet...I kid you not! I doubt the bathroom floor has been washed in months! Everything smelled of cigarette smoke...even the sheets and the washcloth! In fact, the entire hotel, hallways, foyer, elevator, and the vending machine area smelled strongly of smoke. The bed was lumpy and lopsided and wouldn't stay evenly on the bed springs. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in due to no one was at the desk. Had to pay for wifi. I asked for a nonsmoking room and got a smoking room. I also asked for a room with a king sized bed and ended up with a bed that was a full sized bed and it was very similar to a pull out bed. I will not be going back

Inhale before you enter... And bring lock picks My bathroom door was stuck locked... I had to break my wife out with her hair pins. We let the people at the desk know three times, and nothing was ever done. I just kept a hair pin around so that I could go to the bathroom from time to time. Then my pregnant wife had to sniff my arm pit so she didn't throw up from the hallway odor. Seriously nasty. We bought an air freshener to survive in our own room that was "smoking free". The place smelled horrible. We bought Wifi for the week and payed extra for multiple devices ($20 total). They forgot to mention that multiple devices meant no more than 3. They tried to charge us another $20 for Wifi.

Not all value place are awful like this one Poor management poor property upkeep= terrible stay. Broken doors, key cards didn't work, couldn't shower without smoke detector going off, drain broken in shower, super noisy at all hours, charges to my credit card i didn't authorize! I complained 2x to corporate with no response.

Decent Hotel Bed is hard and towels/wash cloth were thin! Cheap quality. But room was clean!-

At least the staff was helpful and pleasant Arrived late , but staff was waiting for us. Hotel is not a 24 hr operation, but can be reached by phone. I was given the wrong room, instead of two double beds, I was given a double bed and chair with a pull out small and not too comfortable bed. I felt like I was in a dormitory, no housekeeping, and had to get own linen and towels. Housekeeping is done every two weeks I was told. Due to an emergency, I had to leave a night early , but staff was told not to refund for that night. ... read more
