I will never book here again... Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. No service for towels or any other service. Just horrible!

Elevator smelt like pure smoke, the room kinda stunk and ac in the room barely worked so it was very hot and muggy. Covers were stained.

Not good Not a great experience: 1. They don't have someone on site 24/7, so if you need something after hours you're out of luck 2. Had to call the after hours line FIVE times in order for them to answer. 3. Bathroom floor and carpet were sticky 4. Didn't have standard amenities: Two pairs of rag/towel sets (they only had one), soap, disposable cups, ice bucket, etc.

Came home with bed bugs. The room was ok except for the fact we can home with be bugs. Contacted them and they were going to get back to me. They never did. I also didn't like the idea that the lobby window was always closed and the only way to contact hotel was to call them. If you needed a key to get in they would slide it under the window. Felt very distant from the staff.

Terrible first impression The beds are total springs, are hills and valleys. Great hotel for smokers but not for the non-smoking population. Thin walls were we got to experience a prostitute pleasuring her customer and get upset when he did not pay her what she felt he owed her.

Terrible bad pillows lied about bed size and very. Horrible bed to small...not enough towels...pillows were nothing but a flat cushion key kept locking us out...just miserable...the bed size was the worst...we ask for room with bigger bed.we were denied wont ever come there again when coming to florida....period!!!!

Buyer BEWARE!!! Well to say the least when you are offered to purchase drugs from more than one of the tenants of this hotel it was not a good stay. On a good note there was live entertainment every night including a fight in the rear parking lot. The rooms stuck of some ungodly stench, drug use and partying was wide open and no one seemed to care that worked there. After a few nights of a month long stay we checked out and moved on to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

Would not recommend. Hotel looked like a crack house. Smelled like marijuana in the hall. Manager came to our room about a noise complaint when we hadn't been awake for 3 minutes and neither of us had spoken a word since before we went to sleep. Very rude.
