Not good at all I've already sent an email to your hotel and obviously its been ignored. When I first checked in it took about 15 minutes because the young lady was having trouble with the computer. I told her that I had just rode a bus for 9 hours and this process isn't what I expected. My first night was horrible I'm not sure how cold it was that night, but the heat in the room didn't work, the room smelled horrible. Bad choice, but good location to Pace The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. There were no extra pillows or extra towels in the room or hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no staff to clean the room or change the bed linen during the entire stay. We were only given one cow and one washcloth , no hand towel and had to use them the entire time. And the staff was not very friendly.. Would not recommend this hotel ever again and will not stay there ever again.

Check in staff was nice. Hotel looks nice from outside. Someone vomited in elevator and it was there still the next day. Hallway floors were dirty needed mopped. Room floor was dirty needed mopped. Bath tub had hair in it. Woke up to barking dogs next day. Bed was smaller then expected also seemed to be broken it made popping noises when getting into bed.

this a pit horrible smell no ice no utencils in kitchen area tiny old tv horrible cheap bed no worth ten dollars a night much less sixty

Discovered hotel personnel in my room B4 checkout I returned to the room after carrying some belongings to my car to find hotel personnel in my room with the door closed. This was 15 minutes before checkout time. They said they were wondering if I had checked out yet and said they were doing an inventory of what I had left behind! This is a major mistake before checkout time. Also, no bedside light and light switch also cuts power to TV.

Horrible! I was there for extended stay. When checking in I was not made aware about the key card expiring every week so I was stuck outside. The cleaning done every 2 weeks was not done right because they didn't clean/vacuum the floors. It was cleaned/arranged correctly only when a substitute cleaner was there. The most annoying part was when someone moved into the room above me and would stop, pound on floor, and make very loud noises. No house keeping Had to clean up the room my self no breakfast no coffee. Place smelled like cigarettes . You don't get room service
