Hopefully no one deals with a bad car It was ok until we noticed we had car issues and then their attitudes completely changed

Online it says they would clean the room for a $10 fee, however, when we asked in person, we were told that they don’t do that and that they clean the rooms every 2 weeks. We also were given 1 roll of toilet paper and we had to go ask for more every other day because we were 5 people. And when asked for toilet paper we again were only given 1 roll at a time

Was supposed to get a king size bed, Checked in and got a double bed with a real uncomfortable sofa bed that didnt even have bedding. No coffee maker, had soap but no shampoo. Was not impressed at all. When i book a room on hotels. Com i expect what they advertise

The room was completely disgusting. The smell was as if some6has been doing drugs i. There for years. The stank was penetrated everywhere. The white sheets on the bed had black stains. Also the sheets under black stains. The bathroom was nasty. There is damage i. The bathroom the vent is hanging of the ceiling.i was very disappointed because i glew in from out of town and paid 90 dollars for this.
