Don't always believe what it says... DO NOT STAY HERE!!! they charge for xtra towels, and u only get 2 no matter how long u stay. They also charge to change ur bedding! No Breakfast! Beds are stained so bad you cant see any color except yellow and black. The floors were sticky, and when we first walked in, there was a matinence guy in there shampooing the carpets, so it was wet as well. Price is good but u give up literally everything else.

I tried to call 3 times to check in because I was running late but nobody answered. When I did show up nobody was at the desk. I had to call from a landline outside the office. When someone finally picked up they said they were done checking people in. I explained I had a reservation with them. Customer service did not care and was rude. I know there was an issue because 3 other people were waiting as well and explained they had the same thing happened with them. Kitchen cupboards glued shut. Not even a fork. No supplies to live even shortest amount of time.

Erika was very nice when i checked in, after that it was all down hill. Dirty and very old, including linens.

Really unhappy and disappointed We had to come to town for my husband to have surgery. we chose extended stay because it was close to the hospital and it had a kitchen. There was not any amenities in the kitchen it cost $20 for one set of silverware, large plate, bowl, mug and cup. We were also charged for our emotional support dog. This was an extra $85 in "hidden" charges that we did not have! Very disappointed. we have never had a more upsetting stay with a Hilton hotel. I booked for the night to stay close to work while I am on call, knowing there were freeway closures and since I live 40 min away this was my plan. I arrived after my shift to rest a bit before my next but lobby was closed and I was unable to check in. I called for help and got a supper rude lady on the phone that said my reservation was cancelled for no show!!! I was tired and no longer able to drive home. I had to book a room at a near hotel for twice the amount
