I have photos of this room and it is absolutely disgusting. It’s super dirty, unsanitary and just overall nasty…i am EXTREMELY disappointed with the pictures. Not to mention, I booked this with the understanding that there was breakfast just to be told they no longer serve breakfast either. The room smelled of cigarettes as well. I am happy to send pictures of how gross it was!

We checked in after our flight was cancelled and just needed to sleep. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was left over food in the trash cans. The sofa bed did not have any sheets and there was not any bedding to be found. We had to sleep in a hoodie on a mattress with stains. Disgusting.

This place was filthy! Stains on the walls, food on the sleeper sofa, lights wouldn’t work. Our first room smelled of weed/smoke and immediately requested a new room. Thankfully got one only to be greeted by a disgusting room. Property is in desperate need of renovation and felt unsafe.

The property is filthy and a lot of transient people hanging around. They had painters working on the room next to us at 8am on a Saturday and was very loud. The property needs a lot of work and upkeep.

This hotel has not been managed at all, and the sleeping situation was not suitable for my family and children. I have photographs. I would love to share with any of your staff that had any inquiry why it was not suitable for me and my children before my son‘s surgery at the Children’s Hospital. The room was quiet and fit 6. The mattress in the couch was stained with dark and light stains. The bed sheets all had brown and yellow stains. There were no towels or soap once we got there. The door did not completely seal so we were a bit apprehensive about our stay. The area surrounding our room was well lit.

I booked this room to catch some morning sleep for my family (2 kids under 3) after getting off a red-eye. When I booked, the front desk assured me I’d be able to call the front desk number and someone could let me in for a morning check-in. Instead when I called I was told that the on-site contact couldn’t be reached and I was left standing outside with my very overly tired family.
