Dont get what your paying for Was terrible. We didnt get the room we paid for. We were suppose to have a sofa bed and got a recliner chair. When brought up to front desk they were rude. NEVER AGAIN, AMD ITS NOT A BREAKFAST ITS A GRANOLA BAR!

Unfriendly staff at check in. Pictures definitely made the place look a lot nicer than it actually is. Not staying again.

Retrain employees in customer service Was told very rudely by the hotel clerk that my card was accepted to hold for incidentals therefore I wasn’t able to stay per my reservation and then the hotel tried to charge me still for the room that I was not able to stay in

Don't stay, unless you like drugs. Dirty, smelly, dated rooms. Unsafe area, prostitutes and homeless tweakers.

Motel Not Inviting While the location was good for getting to the airport, the service was minimal. The desk clerk made me feel like some kind of criminal. I expect giving my ID, bu I was surprised when I had to show an ID for my daughter, who was staying with me in the room, too. I needed to stay longer in a hotel but will not stay in yours for many reasons: I attached some pictures of the room I was staying in, you judge by yourself. On top of that I would suggest at least a microwave to warm some food and a water heater to make some tea, some plastic spoons, knives and forks will help too..... I think it is one of the worst places I have been in my life......
