I will never stay here again. I made a reservation for 4. I could not check in until my whole party was there. I had 2 members that was flying in, and the front desk would not let me check in until they got there. The pool was not open, it was under repair. and the day we were checking out, The front desk, called the room and asked when we would be leaving. This was 45 min. before check out time. I felt this was very unprofessional.

I got to the hotel late so the door was locked and no one was at the front desk. I had to call and wait a while before anyone came out to let me in and give me my room. I reserved a non smoking area with a king size bed and instead I was given a double twin bed in a horrible smelling hotel like mixed with old and smoke stench. The kitchen looked dirty and there was no soap or anything really to use the kitchen. You have to request it at the front desk. It was an old, hotel that needs total renovation. Our room has a sofa bed and when you open it, no one could pass to go to the kitchen or exit door. The bathroom, needs repair shower does not work right, toilet too low. Towels have stains and floor looks dirty. The free breakfast was only muffins, granola and packed ready to eat oatmeal, just add hot water. The place is completely different from the pictures online. The room had no Toilet tissues, it was not clean, the doors are all damaged the outside looks better than the inside, the carpet needs shampooing, it smells bad, the tiolet is damage, and old , need new Toilet Seats, Unsanitary. I slept in my truck.i couldnt sleep in that smelley room

This facility needs to be either completely rehabbed or just razed and start again from the ground up. Rooms are cheap and in disrepair. Pricing was low compared to other hotels, you get what you pay for. Lots of hot water and toilet worked, floor was sticky, bedding was suspect.

The room was disgusting, there were stains on the sheets and roaches found around the kitchen

This was a horrible stay. The water was turned off for a couple hours on Monday morning when I was trying to get ready to go to a conference. There was no alert sent to the guests so I had to keep contacting the front desk for updates. Also the room wasn't very clean with stains on the couch and cigarette burns throughout the room. And the only thing they provided for the shower was shampoo.

Room was not ready until almost 4PM. Then, the room assigned had a terrible smell to cigarette smoke. I requested a different room for the smoke and the person at the front desk was insisting that their rooms were smoke free until someone went and check that i was correct. The entire rooms seems to be last updated over 40 years ago. Their "breakfast included" was a little stand with a couple of muffins, some snack bars, some oatmeal packets, coffee and some teabags with hot water.
