Very poor quality. Cigarette burns everywhere. It felt unsafe with all outside doors. Would never stay there again.

Me, my spouse and 10 year old booked three nights at this motel. The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It was a lot smaller than what was presented in the photos. Bed was uncomfortable. Outdoor pool was not inviting. My child loves to swim but opted out of swimming. The breakfast was non existent. It didn’t feel safe for a family. Broken hand rail on pool steps. Bad if you are like me and disabled and need to hold on to things. Never came and cleaned my room for the 8 days I was there. Rude lady at front desk treated my friends like they were criminals and they would roll their eyes whilst on the phone with other customers.

There are different buildings under the same hotel name. Handicap rooms have no handicap parking in front of them. We were given the wrong type of key to get into our room and once inside, the room was dark and dirty.
