Poor stay It was to be a smoke free hotel. Always smelled of pot. The floors in the elevator were dirty, carpets dirty. We had to take out our own trash. No handicap doors. The only thing good was our room was quiet. Would give this place no stars.

Roach motel, literally. Walked in and watched 2 roaches walk across the lobby, one on the counter. It was late so we stayed the night and hoped for no bugs in the room. Checked out the next morning and moved to a different hotel for the next 3 nights. Gross.

Roaches, filty carpet, and fire hazards The carpet was stained and dirty. We killed at least 5 roaches in the bathroom. The heater started smoking immediately when we turned in on and we had to vent out the room in the cold due to this. We told the front desk about the heater and they said it "just smells like that when you first turn it on" when it's obviously a fire hazard. Would not recommend.

Property was very unkept, no amenities whatsoever as advertised. Cold breakfast as shown was discontinued several months ago, had to go to convenience store for coffee. Lots of pets, Room was very dated with no updates in years, carpet was disgusting. The steel shutters on the registration desk after dark doesn’t add to one’s comfort. You might want to consider spending a little extra!

Flight was delayed and I got in after the lobby was closed. I picked up the phone and got connected to an agent who told me it was too late to check in and if I wanted a room tonight, I better call Expedia.
