Okay so i ordered a reservation with my cash app card , payment went through and it seemed fine. I get there and the guy behind the counter tells me that he couldnt give me the room because i dont have a bank card? Like with BAnk of America or chase? I have an banking app thou that they didnt accept because of their policies. These policies should be able to be found in the description of the motel. Was good enough for one night The room was fine, other than finding 2 cockroaches in the middle of the night. We rented the king with a sleeper sofa, no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. I went to the office to ask for some, waited a ridiculous amount of time while the front desk clerk was outside, he saw me i even waved and he continued to talk to a guy out there and then turned around and walked even further away to the laundry room.
