Very clean rooms and check in was a breeze.
It is what it is. It was neither bad nor amazing. It was a great price and had a kitchen which we would have used more if we were there longer. It was a tad noisy outside at night. Dogs, doors, a police siren….but, overall it was clean, cheap and just fine for one night. I’d stay here again for a longer stay if needed for those reasons. I’m cheap. It was fine.

Has issues with the booking, and staff just told me I would have to wait and see if it fixed itself. Even when I called Hotel.com for assistance and the problem happened a second time they told the customer support the same thing and I ended up going to stay somewhere else.

Had made prior reservations, but when I arrived to check in, I was charged a second time for the room. Had to contact Hotel.com.
