I had to wait in the lobby 15 minutes, as there was nobody to take care of me. Ugly stain in the bathtub (rust). Large dents in the freezer door. Otherwise the room was good

Comfortable, quiet stay. Happy to get a room on short notice and on the ground floor as requested. Staff helpful and pleasant. Walkable neighborhood.

OK room but noisy. Found rooms a bit noisy - could hear neighbours talking all night.

STAY EXTENDED! Slept only fairly well because: Seems like a Queen sheet was used on a King bed; no tuck into sides, so slept on wrinkles on my back. Loud bathroom fan, a necessity in high humidity environment. Light switch linked to fan in bathroom, so both either on or off.

If you are in a pinch it's ok If you are in a pinch and need a quick place to stay, this hotel will do. Definitely more of a motel feel. Took a long time to check in. Location next to a Starbucks and Jamba Juice was great. Hard to sleep. The walls are not sound proof. Lots of loud people and slamming doors. The smell of smoke was everywhere. Would not stay here again unless I just needed a quick place to stay at the last minute. The breakfast isn't really a meal either.
