Near the freeway...room was clean, and staff nice.

Great location; great price; could be cleaner! It was o.k. for one night. The sheets were not clean. When I called the office, she said I could go down and pick up a fresh set; she was the only one there, so no one could drop them off. The desk clerk was very nice and did the best she can since she was by herself. I changed the bed myself. There were "whiskers" from someone shaving, on the bathroom sink, so that told me that it hadn't been wiped down and cleaned completely. Service and Explantions could be better! It wasnt too bad, the only thing was there was only one person at the desk to check me in, took a few mins til someone came in, didnt really explain much just about how there was a grab n go breakfast, how to log on to the wi-fi, and if I needed anything to let them know. She (Paola) didnt say where to get the breakfast, didnt mention any pool, didnt tell me how to contact them, no word about that you needed a paper to park on the property and they needed my husband to come in w his I... read more

A really decent deal for the amenities & price! After my most recent, horrific stay at an Extended Stay competitor, that supplied no dishes, no iron/board, no breakfast, no computer/business resources, "light maid service," AND walked into folk's room whenever they so desired for almost $400 per week, I am DELIGHTED with Extended Stay -Mesa West! Place was ok Half the people staying there must live there perminatly. Old and ran down. Door would not shut all the way. Place was close to freeway, lots of noise
