Cheap cheap cheap! The hotel staff did not know how to check us in because we went through Expedia. Our room was so very small and bright! Could not sleep in and the bed was more like a twin bed. I guess this is what we get for going for the cheap deal.

Very rude lady at front desk. The Lady that is white short hair is most rude person I've met in a professional setting. I rated it so low due to her services. I won't stay here again because of her.

Could not book room Due to lost drivers license they would not lets have the room even if my wife paid for the room. Since I had no picture id but because i tried to pay first the would not except my wife booking the room with picture ID. End result was we had to go to 2 other hotels costing me over $300 more then what I was booking.

A hotel of last resort. Value Place was a reasonable value, but failed on SO many points. Booked a non-smoking room, was told they would not honor it and all they had was a smoking room. Visited the room - it reeked. Finally got a no-smoking room by asking clerk to check other local hotels for vacancies. Faucets in both kitchenette and bath leaked badly. Was disappointed The room was clean, but had problems with the toilet. Wasnt told about the toilets not filing up the tank and having to take the lid off to flush it. After the 2nd day they came in and said the would let the maintenance man know about it. I had to wait 2 more days before he came. Still no note was left that anything had been done. We stayed elsewhere No one was at the front counter. We were not allowed to check in because the end of day books were running. We were told to wait in the parking lot We di not feel safe in the parking lot We left and found room elsewhere. We will be asking for out money back I will be posting on Yelp the results of my request for refund.
