I reserved a room for many nights. If you want towels, vacuuming, really any service, you need to ask someone. The hotel ran out of TOILET PAPER!!!!! While there is a microwave and 2 burner stovetop, there were no dishes, pots, utensils of any kind. The nearest grocery store (or any other business) is about 6 blocks away-too far to walk if you have no vehicle. The bed was falling thru the frame on 1 corner so was very lopsided. hotel looks great but there were roaches the hotel looks great, like an extended stay, clean adequate conditions inside. You can cook in the rooms which may cause odors that can't be helped. However, when i dimmed the lights and went on roach patrol there were two i found. One on the wall and another on the ceiling. I turned on all the lights, problem solved. I woke up repeatedly thru the night and diidnt see any more but thats not the way I want to sleep. I like to sleep in the dark. it is what it is.

Took us over an hour to check in because there was only one person working the front desk. Was promised extra linens for the fold out that were never delivered. If we weren't attending an event nearby I would have gone elsewhere.

Disappointing experience After a 1,200 mile road trip, standing in the lobby of a hotel for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us was a nightmare. We called the front desk a dozen times and could hear the phone ring but there was clearly not an employee anywhere. Why not bring it with you if you are walking around the hotel? The lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were dirty and smelled. We asked for one room with two beds but they were out so we were put in two separate rooms. Neither rooms toilets flushed. We were moved to another room and one of the rooms ac wouldn't work and the other room had bugs on top of the comforter. We asked to check out of the hotel. The lady at the front desk apologized and was sincere about it then helped us get a refund.

Service and comfort is not their priority Unpleasant stay, we were given a room next to the front office so all day and night we had to listen to loud talking, doors slamming, and we also had a family above us with 3 children that sounded like elephants at all hours of the night. We complained but the staff was not sympathetic, they told us the family has lived there for a year and a half and that the only option we had was to swap rooms. horrible Sheets and blankets had a smell. Air condition system had loud sound when turned on. Very old hotel not updated. Waited 1 hour in front desk before someone came to check me out

Awful... It was awful. Had to wait for service because they were not on premises. It was more like apartments them a hotel. Was disappointed and went to and stayed in another hotel the next night...

Cheap Hotel The hotel was extremely plain, no pool, no Wi-Fi , no coffee in the room, no cable, the floor we stayed on smelled like fish. The times that we needed a staff member, the front desk was always closed. The shower was awful, the water pressure was weak and the bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner and only one tiny bar of soap. We did not receive clean towels or room service for the two nights we stayed. Don't waste your money here.
