The sheets had blood stains that appeared to be fresh. I don't believe the linens were fresh. Staff was good about exchanging the bedding.

Never again in Phoenix I had to request a shower curtain as one was not in place upon check-in. Not close to any amenities. Mattress, but no box spring (mattress was very hard).Office only open 9-5, not customer-friendly hours.Check-in document says you will be checked on the abuse website.Very close to a freeway.

Stay away Drug infested. Loud , lots of UN- attended kids running around. Rude staff.

not quite basic HAD TO CHECK OUT TWO DAYS EARLY, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE FULL STAY

My reservation was bumped and i had to stay somewhere else

Worst motel in last 40 years of travel Uninviting lobby. Dirty elevator. Horrible mattress - crowned in middle. Impossible for two people to sleep in. No shampoo; hairdryer, or towels in bathroom. No dishes, utensils, in kitchenette. But the room was clean. Overpriced at $80 a night.

Crooks I lost money cuz we checked out early. They would not give me back for the unused days.

You get what you pay for We booked a non-smoking room but since we checked in late, there were only smoking rooms available. My daughter and I spent the worst 2 nights ever. Hard to breath and the smell was just awful. Aside from that...the room served its purpose. A place to sleep for our quick stay.
