Expensive room to have to sleep on the floor!!!! Terrible room. Beds were broken, couldn't sleep on bed, management would not get back to us. Maintenance was unavailable could not switch rooms. Trying to get a refund.

Run, don't walk, or stay!!! This place is terrible, run fast. Do not stay here. The woman at the front desk is on drugs. The WIFI isn't free you have to pay $20 per week and only 3 devices are able to connect to the WIFI. The WIFI is never working. It is nosey there are men selling their bodies for money. The beds are terrible. When in the bed I felt like I was going to fall off. The bed is hard, the bedding is out dated and dirty. The blinds on the window are broken. never stay here again! Beds were broken under the mattresses. Stayed for two weeks and even though we talked to them multiple times the second week, no one came to clean the room. The water has so much chlorine in it you can't even make noodles with it on the stove top (which was about the only good thing in the room). Don't waste your money on the high-speed Internet cause it's just as slow as the regular. The freeway is loud, but that is to be expected. Bare Bones. No towels the first night, no soap or toiletries, hair dryer, iron, a chair to sit in. Limited front desk services, take out your own trash, clean your own room, uncomfortable bed. Other than that it was bad.

1 week at Value Place Peoria. There are locks on the windows and a threatening brochure indicating they cannot be removed. Fan/AC unit does not have a vent option, so we could not take advantage of the nice Spring evening air. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, but they do enter your room daily for "inpsections", probably because there are kitchens in each room and they wish to ensure nothing illegal is going on. Misleading info Room was not ready at check in time. Air conditioner worked when it wanted to. Had to open the window at night to cool the room off and get fresh air in. Misleading info about the kitchen being equipped for use. They have a sign on the door leading into the elevator area that says you can buy kitchen utensils for $30.00 and take them with you when you leave. DO NOT BOOK ROOMS WITH THIS HOTEL After having made my reservations two months in advance for a big 4 day business trip, the hotel claimed they were over booked and did nothing to help find alternate accommodations. My trip was a disaster, had to fly back home on short notice, and lost very important new business. The very worst experience EVER.
