Smoked out Check in was fine and easy. Staff was friendly. That was the end of my pleasant stay. When I got off the 4th floor I was instantly flooded with smell of cigarettes. The entire corridor was filled with it. I opened the door and my room was the exact same way. I, being a for.er smoker, thought I could handle it. Opened the window and thought it would air out. Not a hotel but an extended stay place Didn't know it was an extended stay hotel, that was ok. Problems, 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no coffee maker unless you want to by for $29.99. No silverware, plates, bowls or pots and pans unless you want to pay $29.99. They change the beds every 14 days unless you want to pay extra, no emptying of trash or making beds for 14 days.

Low cost....Low on comfort and amenities The hotel staff was great. Unfortunately the hotel quality was well below what I would expect. There was an unpleasant smell pretty much everywhere. The room was stark. The tile floors were sticky. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no coffee pot, no cups (I had brought my own coffee maker). I had no way to know I needed to bring my own. Thankfully it was just one night.

low price, but that's where it ends Dogs barking, no iron in rooms or in the entire hotel. Hotel was loud, children playing in the hallways, not relaxing, not a good place to stay. I hope, I don't have to return.

Background check required I chose this location because it was 1.8 miles from Wedding venue. I should have done more research. No front desk service. A phone was provided in lobby. They did a background check on us to see if we are on the sxx offender register. Very hard to find. Next to freeway but NO access. Shower head was from the 80's. No water pressure. It was a awkward feeling to stay there. Would we stay there again, no! There are more hotels in the area around same rate. I will choose one of those the next time.

Nightmare on value place... it was horrible, I st my reservation with hotel. com, they said they got no reservation I paid with pay pal got my e mail receipt, then I paid them 30 bucks and left to go to the bank to get the rest, but ended up going to a different hotel across town, they wouldn't refund my 30 bucks and I think pay pal paid then too. manager and his two employees ganged up on me , I was completely discussed about the with the whole situation. they were rude, greed motivated, and simply not your good people type... read more

It was horrible....the sheets were dirty and the room hadn't been vacuumed. The shower had and old bar of used soap in it.

Value place in Phoenix on sweet water street Bathroom dirty - carpets not cleaned well - bedsheets looked like they were dirty would not recommend to anyone will not return was not worth 548.00
