Low Priced and Cheap -- Noisy! This is a no frills budget motel. The room was good sized and everything worked. The room was fairly clean, though not great in this regard. The bed was more a cot than a bed, with a steal frame and screen, rather than a box spring. It sagged in the middle, but the mattress was comfortable and the bed felt clean. NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED This was not a good experience. We smelled cigarette smoke in the halls as we went to our room. The beds were two full size beds and we were expecting queen size. Three adults in the room and no comfortable chairs. There was a table and two kitchen chairs, but nothing to relax on. The room was clean but we checked out a day early and went to another Hotel.com place that was much nicer.

Extended stay studios. Not a Hotel. Hotels.com didnt make it clear I was booking an extended stay so there was no shampoo or anything, no blow dryer, and no lobby. The whole property smelled like cigarrette smoke. The freeway sounds werent crazy loud, but the bed I was sleeping on was so loud! They are not traditionsl beds! So the spring platform was super sqeaky! There were people and children roaming and running through the halls at all hours. The clerk was not friendly or helpful. Skip this place The beds were hard I couldn't sleep another night in this crappy place. I checked out a day early but the manager refused to give me a refund. I will never stay at this dump again. This is an extended stay hotel that you have to go to the front desk to get new towels. When I did go to the front desk they took my towels they didn't even have clean ones to take I had to come back hours later. This place was strange, people wondnering around the hallways looking like they are on something. I asked for non smoking room and I got a smooking room!!! Could heardly breathe! The location is loud, train passes by very nearby, bed is noise and incomfortable. Not coming back here again!

fair. Quick place to sleep and shower & go Booked 2 rooms for a overnight stay. One room had no towels. Had to go down the front desk and get it myself. Staff Michelle was great and apologetic. Asked for a nonsmoking room but was given 2 rooms that still smelled smoke. Sheets smelled smoke and wasn't so clean.

There were no towels in our room, wireless internet costs extra, and they required ID's of both my husband and I because they needed to run a background check to "make sure we weren't sex offenders". Overall, it was not a welcome atmosphere here. It was a little uncomfortable and creepy.

The hotel was very cold and uninviting The temperature of the hotel was freezing, and the atmosphere very uninviting. The room had wood floors which made it even more cold and uninviting. They were also very small. The shower was hard to get the hot water to work and it sprayed everywhere.
