Extended stay @ your own risk The shower needed repair - took 5 days for that. All floors (including hallways) are vinyl - expect a lot of dust in your room. Hallways were not cleaned during my 12-day stay - dirt piles from muddy shoves were evidence. Smoking floors between non smoking floors - expect to smell a lot of smoke. Staff start friendly, but become nasty. Bed is a mattress on a cot frame, and chairs are hard plastic. Horrible, never would recommend this hotel. It was a horrible experience and would never recommend that hotel to anyone. Room service is non-existence and they do not come but every 14 days. That is horrible and un healthy. They only give you two towels at a time and you have to take them down to get another two only to be told they are backed up and you have to come back later. Smells like smoke through out. Very very dissatisfied.

A step above being homeless Always seemed like the smell of cigarette smoke, even though there was none allowed inside the building. Beds were extremely uncomfortable,& you could hear everything your next door neighbor was saying...usually yelling at their kids. Room was clean,and easy access to I-15, & shopping. A lot of low life seemed to be attracted to this place.

Never again? The room had an awful smell took me a while to get use to the smell. The employee was not there to check us in so we had to use the phone. He never said he would be coming down to check us in so i was staning there on the phone, and when he got there he wasnt well groomed and he did not have any costumer service. Tried making small talk but he was not having it.

Scary place to stay When we tried to check into the Single Queen room we booked thru Expedia, Value Place did not have one. The only thing they had to offer was a Single bed room in a space extremely cramped to accommodate the minimal kitchenette. It stunk with stale food and the musk of dirty carpets and bath facilities. You had to communicate with the front desk if you can call it that thru a intercom and they slipped the key under a slot. It was scary and shady feeling at the best.
