Disappointed We took a risk (as we often do) on Expedias mystery hotel. This is the first time we have been disappointed. This hotel was supposed to be on the level of Holiday Inn Express and others like it. It was not even close. This is a basic no frills hotel -- not even carpets. Everything except parking was extra. What a surprise! When we arrived at the motel, the lobby was locked. We had to dial on the phone for help, and then when the employee arrived, he wasn't friendly AT ALL! The motel wasn't a warm feeling. I felt a little bit of anxiety.

Bare bones! Was OK for a short night - no coffee or ice machines or continental breakfast! Flooring was linoleum - no carpeting! Would never stay in that type of a hotel again - live and learn!

No front desk, had to wait for ever to get someone there to open the front "window". They gave us a smoking room when we booked a non smoking room so we felt like we slept in an ashtray all night long.

Spartan It was Spartan. Had to pay extra for everything from internet to coffee to even a coffee cup. Strange people staying there.

Horrible customer service I booked none smoking room and when I got there the customer service rep told me that they gave away my none smoking room to someone else and they only have smoking room available if I don't want that room I can leave because it's very busy. I asked to speak with a supervisor he said that the supervisor went home it's just him.I was so tired I didn't want to dea with him anymore I drove that night 7 hours. First thing when you walk in and there isn't a guest lobby, turn around and run... I was stupid enough to check in and pay! The check in area is the size of a med. closet and then after you check in and you open the door to the inside of the hotel and the smell of cigarette smoke, animals, and who knows what hits you in the face like a bat.
