Low Expectations, Still Dissapointed We booked some family here for a 28 day stay due to the price, and the fact that it looked at least livable. The room was ok, but the facilities were not clean, a water pipe broke and leaked all over the bed and no apologies were made despite our belongings getting soaked. Items were stolen from the laundry room, and overall it was not a pleasant stay. No thank you The room was pretty clean -- but it reeked of cleaning products. Had to try opening the window and running fans to get rid of overpowering smell. It was "okay" all in all but felt a bit sketchy.
Room very basic - for $75 a night, not a good deal. No coffee service in room, no shampoo or conditioner or body lotion, no Kleenex, no sound buffers (vinyl flooring throughout). Noise from freeway. Blinds let in light. Felt like I was going to roll out of bed unless I was in the middle of the bed. Definitely would not stay there again.
Stay away I don’t suggest this hotel if you are on business for a week or so .. I stayed for a week and this place is not at business people level
The note in the location description that this includes a kitchen is very misleading. They do have a refrigerator a microwave and a two burner stove top. There is no utensils, or kittchenware at all. You can’t even borrow from the office. You can buy for cash. There guest rules indicate you can use there gym at your own risk, but there is no gym. Excuse is some locations have one. Horrible customer service Horrible people were fighting all night kept waking me up will cancel any future resavations here
We'll never stay here again! Arrived after a long day traveling. Were told by the front desk clerk they didn't have any non smokers rooms available so he was going to give us an "upgrade", Turned out he put us into the room for disabled, We know what an upgrade is and I told him so, but he dismissed my comments as if I didn't know anything. The room was not comfortable for us, didn't even have night tables or lamps, the shower was awful. Horrible Air didnt work in room, doors beinf slammed all day and night, front desk not helpfull or cared about the service. Would never stay again
Management is terrible I'll never recommend this place
