We'll never stay here again! Arrived after a long day traveling. Were told by the front desk clerk they didn't have any non smokers rooms available so he was going to give us an "upgrade", Turned out he put us into the room for disabled, We know what an upgrade is and I told him so, but he dismissed my comments as if I didn't know anything. The room was not comfortable for us, didn't even have night tables or lamps, the shower was awful. Being almost 100% full on your checkin date, our only available room in non smoking was in one of our ADA rooms that we are sorry did not work for you. Horrible Air didnt work in room, doors beinf slammed all day and night, front desk not helpfull or cared about the service. Would never stay again

This is Not a Hotel We checked into the hotel on the first night and whilst the room was clean and tidy etc. there were no facilities for making tea/coffee. Although there is a kitchen sink in the room there were no cups or saucers or even a kettle. The hotel is used mainly for long term occupancy. The equivalent in the UK would be accommodation for those on benefits. Our first night we had an individual above us who stomped across the floor above us. Not what I was looking for I should have been tipped off by the long list of rules presented on check in. This appears to be a place geared for a long term stay of undesirables. The rooms are sparton, the desk is not always attended so when the power went out there was no one on site to address. I use a CPAP so I didn't get a good nights sleep. We checked out earliy and are still working with Expedia to get our money for our unstayed nights back.

I didn't realize it was an extended stay hotel. There was no front desk person in the evening so we had to wait until morning for more towels. When I checked it they gave me a list of things to not do or I would be responsible for costs. They seem to attract a rough crowd. It was fine, but I won't be back.
